Password Manager hanging

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.34 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Settings menu
2. open Password Manager
3. hang

What is the expected behavior?
View my saved passwords

What went wrong?
The password manager hangs, leaving me unable to view passwords and being forced to close the tab

Did this work before? Yes Before the latest update

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.34  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Confirmed.
I also just updated to Chrome Version 54.0.2840.71 m and the problem is still there.
OS: Win10 [1607]
