Steps to reproduce the problem:
I rebooted my machine. And any page with monospace font shows up in 'Arial'.

Also, it can no longer recognize "Courier 10 pitch" font.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
fix-width content (e.g. source code) appears in serif font
