What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach external low-dpi display to Chromebook Pixel (2015) a.k.a. samus running ChromeOS Canary with ARC++
2. Set external display as primary
3. Open an Android app and reposition it so it is partly outside the upper-left quadrant of the display
What is the expected result?
ARC++ renders in all quadrants of low-DPI display, ARC++ windows draggable so long as the window chrome remains inside that display (until cross-display dragging is implemented for ARC++)
What happens instead of that?
ARC++ only renders in upper-left quadrant of low-DPI display, ARC++ windows only draggable so long as the upper-left corner of the window chrome remains inside that quadrants
