What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Going anywhere.
(2) Booting Canary up on any home page.
(3) New tab doesn't even work.

What is the expected result?
Any website, or tab, loading.

What happens instead?
"Aw snap!"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
No matter where I go on Google Chrome Canary, "Aw, snap!" happens EVERYWHERE. Browser settings is the only safe place right now. Not even Incognito mode works. I already tried submitting a report through the send feedback menu, but the page that loads up afterward also crashes.
