timeouts in amd64 telemetry bots

Issue description

The current timeout appears to be 4800sec (80 min). I think we need to increase this.

Some runs are timing out:

Further increase VMTests timeout for telemetry bots

We're hitting timeouts again. Bump timeout to 2h.
