Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable "Material Design extensions page" in chrome://flags. (2) Go to chrome://extensions. What is the expected result? Seperate card for each extension, inline settings (flag enabled) What happens instead? Merged cards for some extensions, settings button doesn't do anything. Screenshot of merged cards and dummy settings attached. Version: 54.0.2810.2

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.11.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2810.2, latest canary 54.0.2813.0 with below steps: 1.Enabled "Material Design extensions page", "Show settings in a window", "Enable Material Design settings" in chrome://flags. 2.Navigated to chrome://extensions page. 3.Observed separate card for each extension. Please find attached screencast and update if anything missed here in triaging the issue. anirudhqazxswced@Could you please check the issue by upgrading chrome to latest chrome 54.0.2813.0 version and update the thread with OS details, screencast if issue still persists.
