Rename firstContentfulPaint & firstMeaningfulPaint metrics to timeToFirstContentfulPaint & timeToFirstMeaningfulPaint |

Issue descriptionNow that we add timeToInteractive metric to loading_metric group ( issue 630300 ), we should rename these two to make the naming consistent. It's also reflecting the meaning of the metrics better.
