When viewing computed styles within the Inspect Element tool, allow styles dropdown to stay open when scaling.

Reported by taylor.g...@gmail.com, Jul 29 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open inspect tool
2. Navigate to computed
3. Open specific style (Example: padding-top) by clicking the drop down menu
4. Scale browser window with drop down menu open

This will close the drop down menu, and forces me to reopen it. This is especially annoying when I'm trying to figure out what class is affecting a certain div, especially when inside a CMS (Wordpress in this case). With so many classes that can become attached to the div this is an issue.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Dropdown menu's close, making style troubleshooting difficult.

Did this work before? No

Andrey, looks like this should be fixed with your recent computed styles patch, right?
