What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
 The website to load

What happens instead?
Aww Snap! something went wrong while trying to display this webpage

+1. Page flickers briefly with content before Aww, Snap-ing. (video attached)
Repros in Incognito mode too (screenshot attached).
