missing month in credit card

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) fill credit card
(2) select month
(3) 

What is the expected result?
all months between 1 and 12

What happens instead?
all months but 8 (august) 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
