Issue descriptionChromium Version : 52.0.2743.82 for Linux 32-bit URLs (if applicable) : chrome:newtab and google.com What steps will reproduce the problem? In chrome:newtab account OFF, can not enter (Repeat entry fails). Do not work Alert! After enter chrome:newtab go https://www.google.com.ua/webhp?ei=fE6bV67uHYXE6QSqzrz4DA&yv=2&pli=1&rct=j without notification connection (popup: "reload the page or login again") In chrome://settings/ account google ON! Resetting or a new account browser will not help. Pls, fix it!

@despicere -- Could you please provide us a screen cast of the issue which would help us triage the issue further. Removing Needs- Bisect label as of now. Will update the issue once after getting an update from reported. Thanks in Advance.

This isn't related to the NTP (also the screencast shows the Google HP - not Chrome's NTP). It's probably an issue with the Google bar. I've filed an internal ticket. Thanks for the report!
