Chrome Version 54.0.2811.0 canary (64-bit) Pages all crash

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome Version 54.0.2811.0 canary (64-bit)
(2) Open any tab to any web page, local or internet
(3) See crash

What is the expected result?
Web page will load


What happens instead?
Web page crashes

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Version: 54.0.2811.0

 
I've had fast.com working! But that's it :P
This began happening to me too as soon as I relaunched Canary to update to 54.0.2811.0. 64-bit, Windows 10.

These are some of the crash IDs listed in chrome://crashes:

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 54.0.2816.0 

URL Tested: www.fast.com

@marcus.nailor: Could you please perform the steps mentioned beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Update your Google Chrome to Latest Canary Version - 54.0.2816.0 
2. Re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person]
3. Provide us the Crash ID if it is still crashing [chrome://crashes]
