Can't display any website

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Updated to newest Chrome (with material design and such)
(2) Go to a website (doesn't matter which one

What is the expected result?
Seeing the website

What happens instead?
Page cannot be displayed

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
