md-extensions: Extensions overflow and auto jump to beginning of page

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.21 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have several extensions
2. Go to chrome://extensions 
3. Scroll down till you see some strange overlaps (in the movie PDF Viewer)
4. As soon as you have this overlap, wait a few seconds and the page jumps to the top
