Security: Sign in doesn't work

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
This isn't a vunerability, but I can't sign Chromium into my google account.

VERSION
Chrome Version: [53.0.2784.0] + [dev]
Operating System: [Windows 8.1]

REPRODUCTION CASE
Click the user image in the top right, click sign in, enter email (tried both 'rhys.oconnor@outlook.com' and 'rhys0178@gmail.com', these both usually work), enter password, and it then says Sorry, there seems to be a problem, please try again.

Hi, that error message looks like it comes from a Google site, not Chrome. There's a good chance that this problem might be specific to your account. Perhaps you could try asking at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome?
