Regression: Misalignment of info icon is seen chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData

Chrome Version:54.0.2811.0 b19949388aaceb1d0dc2b48ad00b272dd1c72af5-refs/heads/master@{#408553} (32/64-bit)
OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Observe the alignment of info icon and its text.

Actual: Misalignment of info icon and its text is seen.
Expected: Alignment should be proper.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update the bisect info.

Good build:54.0.2810.0
Bad build:54.0.2811.0

Verified the issue on Mac 10.11.6,Win 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2816.0 and its working fine.Please find the attached screen cast for the same.
