Regression : Unnecessary blue highlight is seen in 'zip' text box after auto fill data is populated.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 54.0.2811.0 b19949388aaceb1d0dc2b48ad00b272dd1c72af5-refs/heads/master@{#408553} (32/64-bit)
OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ,click on 'add new street address' enter data first/last name,address,Telephone No. etc.
2.Navigate to http://www.target.com/  ,Add any product to cart, click on 'checkout' button.
3.Double click on Email Address field, observe the zip text box

Actual: Unnecessary blue highlight is seen in 'zip' text box after auto fill data is populated
Expected: Unnecessary blue highlight should not be seen in 'zip' text box after auto fill data is populated

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-52' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info :
Good Build: 52.0.2731.0
Bad Build:  52.0.2732.0

Correction : Issue is also seen on Mac OS.

Can you reproduce this behavior on other sites or only Target? I'm not sure if this is a general bug or something that Target is doing with their JS.

With response to comment #3 :
Rechecked the above issue on www.bestbuy.com and www.amway.in with latest canary chrome version : 55.0.2879.0 and the issue is not reproduced on these sites.The above issue is reproduced on http://www.target.com/.

Just to update the latest behavior, Issue is still observed on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest canary M56-56.0.2902.0.

sebsg@ Since this issue is marked as P1 for M55, can we get any latest update for this issue? M55 is already in Beta and we are planning to push to stable soon.
