Virtually every page crashes instantly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Any URL. E.g. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any page (even in incognito mode)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The page crashes, showing the "Aw, snap" message.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes It worked fine yesterday

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 54.0.2811.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I don't see the problem on a fresh profile, in my current one I see it even after disabling all extensions and restarting the browser, though.
Having the same issue. In addition I get the info that better history has crashed, Google Doc has crashed. Rebooting changed nothing.

The various crash IDs are marked as not reported to Google on chrome://crashes. Where could I securely upload them (since they may contain sensitive info, I assume)?

I see one crash that got automatically reported (only the first of all the ones today):

I'm getting the same issue but on Windows 10.
same problem here
windows 10 (64bit)
version 54.0.2811.0 canary (64-bit)

problem NOT solved by disabling extensions (all)
