Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2811.0 Dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to chrome://history page>>Open devtools using F12 and emulate>>Select any checkbox and click delete button(Remove selected items overlay appears) (2)Now toggle back from emulation view and observe 'Remove selected items' overlay is shifted to the bottom of the history page and also unwanted vertical scrollbar is seen. Expected:Remove selected items overlay should not shift to the bottom. Actual: Instead 'Remove selected items' overlay is shifted to the bottom and also unwanted vertical scrollbar is seen. This is Regression issue broken in M-54.Will update bisect info soon. Attaching screen-cast for reference.

Verified the issue on Mac 10.11.6,Win 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2816.0 and its working fine.Attached the screen cast for the same. |
