Regression: Old Gallery.app icon is seen on opening images in Files.app

Version: 53.0.2785.36/8530.35.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Daisy, Peppy, Blaze, Mighty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> take one screenshot>> click on it from the notification bar>> and observe Files.app

Expected: On opening File.app from notification bar, the gallery.app icon should be seen new icon
Actual: Instead its still showing old icon only (Refer screen Cast)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M46: 46.0.2461.3/7289.0.0 dev-channel-Daisy

Issue is seen in M52: 52.0.2743.85/8350.60.0 stable-channel-Daisy 

Issue is seen latest M54 as well

Able to reproduce the issue on Daisy using 53.0.2785.36/8530.35.0_beta.
Added ReleaseBlock-Stable as its a recent regression, please modify if not appropriate.

I could not understand the issue.
In the screencast, the app icon for Gallery is as expected from the start.
Do you mention the file-type icons shown on Files app file list?
If so, it is WAI.
The all file-type icons have square shape.

1.Yes, I have mentioned the file-type icon is showing old icon (Square icon) in Files.app>> and after that it's changing to new (Circular file-type icon)
2.Here the issue is it should show the circular file-type icon on opening the images in Files.app by default as now the new file-type icon of gallery.app is changed to circular, but it's showing the square file-type icon now also.

File-type icons and Application icon does not necessarily the same.
Note that images can be opened by any applications which is not Gallery app.
IIRC, the file-type icons were rectangle even on M46, so it's not a regression.

Let me mark this WontFix as this is the current expected design.
