Version: Elm 8530.31.0 (also on latest dev build of samus, minnie)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Switch to VT2
(2) Close LID
(3) Open LID

What is the expected output?
Resume a VT2 is still working

What do you see instead?
Black screen on VT2, switching to VT1 still works.
