Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2799.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Select a tab with back/forward history. 2. Right click the tab name and select: Duplicate. Notice that Chrome retains tab navigation history. 3. Trying this programmatically via extension api, chrome.tabs.duplicate(tabId, ...): Chrome duplicates the tab but new tab doesn't retain the tab navigation history. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? "chrome.tabs.duplicate()" doesn't retain tab history Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2799.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 It has some relation with #41321, but in this case the missing functionality is really there!
