Most users want to back good old function of backspace in chrome

(: Please ignore minority of users who dont know how to use keyboard :)
and bring back working navigation to previous page with backspace
@m.gren~ There's an official extension linked in subject of bug 608016
Also unfortunately backspace as navigation key most probably not as popular as tech people think, though would be cool of Google would share statistics over that if they have it

part of my worktime is suport for it users,
and 80~90% of people (no tech people) asked me about backspace bug
and this people want back functionality of backspace
If this was really about losing form data, why the heck did the devs not check if the focused control is a form and display a confirmation dialog when navigating away from a (partially) filled in form? I'd expect that little bit of logic to be possible.
The backspace has to come back! I'm not pressing two keys just because some noobs are unable to fill out forms properly.

If websites highjack the backspace key for their forms then those websites should die.
