stop showing my bookmarks in incognito mode!

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2810.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open incognito mode
2. look at new tab UI

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
all of my bookmarks from my other account are displayed in my incognito mode browser!

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 54.0.2810.2  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This is definitely working as intended: http://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/security-faq#TOC-What-are-the-security-and-privacy-guarantees-of-Incognito-mode-

Just showing the bookmarks doesn't change what you can do in incognito.
Is there a particular reason you think the bookmarks should not be shown?
