Backspace no longer navigates back a page

Reported by bodo...@gmail.com, Jul 28 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit any website
2. Try to go back the way you have for 15 years
3. You can't, Google changed it

What is the expected behavior?
The page should go back

What went wrong?
Google changed it to accommodate mouthbreathers who backspace and lose their work.

Did this work before? Yes For 8 long years it worked great

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Add an alert dialogue for forms..wait doesn't that already exist? WTF.
