The rendering bug has gone if I change #header { display: inside-block; } to block

Just tried this again on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04, MAC 10.11.6 for chrome stable version 52.0.2743.82 and unable to reproduce it.

As per the above comment, can we consider this as fixed. Please confirm

Thanks.!
Hi,

I changed the CSS to avoid this rendering bug but I think it is still a bug that should be fixed. If you would like to reproduce it today then I can change this CSS rule back.
Can you please share the html file, which actually reproduces the issue or a sample test case. This would be enough for us to triage the issue. Rather than changing the production site.

Thanks.!
I attached the file.

Thanks for the html file provided, Rechecked this again on chrome version 52.0.2743.116 Stable on Ubuntu 14.04. using the attached html file, but was unable to reproduce it. The header was displayed at its place without any rendering issue. Scrolled up and down many times.

Attached a screenshot for reference.

@ bartatamas: Could you please let us know if I missed out anything here.

Thanks.!

Now I can't reproduce the bug in the same Chromium version :(

When I reported the issue the bug always appeared when I reloaded the page.
