What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing/
2) Now click on 'Record' button to record some activity 
3) Now click on 'File size' option on RHS side bar and try to drag the 'Group By' options (Event type,Title ,Category) with mouse cursor,observe

Actual : Weird behavior of 'Group by' options(Event type,Title,Category) is seen i.e text color disappears on dragging it with mouse cursor
Expected : Weird behavior of 'Group by' options (Event type,Title ,Category) should not be seen

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-50 series as 'File size' option appears from build # 50.0.2633.3
