Regression:Momentarily "Advanced" button is seen on typing text in search field in chrome://md-settings

Version:54.0.2809.0 (Official Build)12fd360cfa20b6ca7784225e58bf10647b721002-refs/heads/master@{#408012} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.5), Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
(2)Type any text in search input and observe.(Kindly refer the video)

Actual:Unnecessary "Advanced" button is seen on typing text in search field.

Expected:No such unnecessary "Advanced" button is seen on typing text in search field.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-54,will soon update other info.

Good build:54.0.2790.0
Bad build:54.0.2791.0

Correction in Manual bisect range:
Good build:54.0.2807.0
Bad build:54.0.2809.0

Note:Above issue is reproducible on latest chrome dev version 54.0.2810.2

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Search is still under development. Please don't file "regression" bugs against search, until it is considered implemented ( crbug.com/608535 ).
