Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2809.0 (Official Build)12fd360cfa20b6ca7784225e58bf10647b721002-refs/heads/master@{#408012} OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing (2)Record some traces with Web developer option selected. (3)Now click on "File size stats",slightly resize the horizontal handle and observe.(Kindly refer the video) Actual:Contents of Num events overlaps with "File size stats" Expected:Contents of Num events should not overlap with "File size stats" This is a Regression issue broken in M-53,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/d9d220fa3bf6fad9443d84e4e53ddded5597f96e..7a8954a41c5f5a93c4b4640a404b0dacc88be173?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting:r398224? This is more likely to have been caused by r398223 . Assigning to base/trace_event OWNER.

Not my fault :) In fact it doesn't seem to be a regression bug. After locally reverting my patch, "File Size Stats" can still overlap with contents of the side panel, as long as the vertical space is small enough (see attached screenshot). My patch simply makes the space more crowded so that this bug can be revealed more easily.
