UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Harddrive space with less than 10 MB
2. Save a big session 500-1000 tabs
3. Restart chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should handle this gracefully!!

What went wrong?
Chrome totally panics and deletes precious user data.

This have been an issue for a long time and happened to me many times and I'm very pissed off for chrome current behavior!
