Migrate custom task cancelling to a standard cancellable tasks |

Issue descriptionSome tasks (WTF::Function/ExecutionContextTask) implement custom cancelling mechanisms. Once Issue 625927 is done (and we have consensus on cancellable tasks), we can replace custon task cancelling with a standard one. Still valid. One change is that we should now migrate from PostCancellableTask() to using weak pointers directly.
