Stretched videos recorded on android/iOS in portrait mode

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Record a video on a mobile device (my case nexus 6p and iPhone ^ Plus) in portrait mode.
2. Upload the video or view locally on chrome 52 (on a Mac in my case)

What is the expected behavior?
Video should be a vertical video

What went wrong?
Video is displayed as a stretched horizontal video.

Did this work before? Yes Before chrome 52 update

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Tested it out with the attached video and is unable to replicate the issue.

This only happens on chrome 52. Checked with other colleagues of mine. Just like in my case it worked fine on 51 but same issue was there as soon as they updated to chrome 52 latest (Version 52.0.2743.82 (64-bit)). All of them are also on Macs.

Interesting, I'm able to replicate this on M53 too. Note, the video I sent was recorded on iPhone. I'm going to test if this is reproducible on Windows

I am able to repro this bug on Chrome 54.0.2810.2 by playing the video on #2.
