There is currently no way to input text on Blimp using an external keyboard.

Device: Pixel C

Steps:
1. load www.google.com
2. click "search" field
3. type "foo"

Expected: there should be some way to commit "foo" to the text input widget.
Actual: no such method exists, short of falling back to the onscreen keyboard.
