Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open attached index.html 2. Select any line above the <hr> and inspect it 3. Double click the text in Developer Tools 4. Use following methos 4.1 Hit left key on keyboard -> Crash 4.2 Hit right key and move caret with "alt" + "left" (cant move before first char without alt) -> Crash 4.3 Hit Pos1 key -> Crash What is the expected behavior? When editing text within those tags, it should not be possible to move the cursor behind the surrounding tags or quotes and the Developer Tools (+ Page) should not crash. What went wrong? When trying to edit text within those tags (described in attached index.html), the caret can be moved in front of the surrounding tag or quotes and the Developer Tools (and displayed page) becoming unresponsive. The tab can be closed via the x button but the corresponding "Google Chrome Helper" process stays active in the background and consumes ~99,5% CPU. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Also reproducible in: Version 54.0.2809.0 canary (64-bit), Mac OSX 10.11.5 Version 51.0.2704.103 m, Win 10 Version 52.0.2743.82 m, Win 10
