Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send a file to print on GCP
2. Notice file getting queued but not print
3. Send another file to print
4. First file gets printed
5. File in sepe 3 now queued

What is the expected behavior?
Expected behavior is for a file to get printed as soon as GCP receives it. However I notice the file gets queued until the next print job is sent. 

What went wrong?
It is unknown what went wrong.
Nothing was changed on the printer side or the application sending the print jobs.

We have 5 HP printers of the same model exhibiting the same behavior with different google accounts. We usually send pdf's and tried word documents as well.
