Security: Not able to create gmail account with foreign mobile number.

Issue descriptionSteps to replicate issue : 1)Try to created a gmail account in Singapore 2)In mobile number select India and put India mobile number with country code +91 3)It will redirect you to enter security code received in SMS to verify mobile number security code we are not receiving in India mobile number, so we are not able to create gmail account. Thanks | Sudhil.
