Mac Task Manager: subframes unaligned

Subframes do not have an icon, and thus get misaligned in the Mac Task Manager. We should align them as the Views Task Manager does.

Hmmm. This seems to be a new backend issue. Will fix as part of 528486.

To be clear: blank favicons for the subframe rows are what we expect at the moment, but the horizontal position of the titles ought to be made to match up.

1) That's not what we see on the current backend (see attachment) and
2) It's easily fixed with the move to the new backend.
