"ProfileWindowBrowserTest.GuestAppMenuLacksBookmarks" is flaky.

mlerman, as the original author of the test, could you have a look or recommend someone who can?

Contrary to the guidance in #0 I'm not disabling the test yet, because it has flaked yesterday (26 July) for the last time. If it stays at that (i.e., no more flakes after 26 July), feel free to close as WontFix.

I'll disable the flaky test until I can take a look.

The stack trace in the flakes has to do with PnaclHost:
