Flash of print preview is seen in Gallery.app

Version:54.0.2806.0/8639.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel falco,spring,gnawty
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> go to Camera.app>> take one pic>> save to disk>> open it in Gallery.app>> give print>> and try changing the paper size>> and observe

Expected: Flash should not be seen and transition should be smooth
Actual: Instead flash is seen and transition is also not smooth

This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 52.0.2743.85/8350.60.0 (Official Build) beta-channel Falco.

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Reproducible on 54.0.2806.0/8639.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel gnawty.

I assume you see the flash on the preview of print screen.

It seems this issue is about print preview.
