I understand the reporter's request. They're asking for autofill to be enabled but for Chrome to not offer to save credit cards.

However, given that we don't save credit cards without explicit user consent and the prompt is temporary and doesn't block any activity in the browser, this is working as intended. We may at some point stop showing the prompt if the user explicitly rejects the save prompt some number of times.
