Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch CVox Next
2. Launch Files App
3. Shift+tab to tree view of various locations
Expected: As occurs in the files app in any operating system and screen reader combo, a user ought to be able to press the arrows to navigate this tree.
Actual: A user can employ CVox move to next object commands to navigate, but this is not ideal as it is not consistent with the rest of the files app interface, and is not consistent with other screen readers.
