Touchscreen displays circles where it is touched.

Reported by jaged...@gmail.com, Jul 27 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.30.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.29 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.30.0 (Official Build) dev-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have device running ChromeOS with touchscreen on latest dev channel release.
2. Use touchscreen.
3. Observe small circles under your fingertips.

What is the expected behavior?
No circles.

What went wrong?
There were no circles under my fingers, then suddenly, circles.

Did this work before? Yes Prior to the update today, July 26th.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.29 Channel: dev
OS Version: 8530.30.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I can now verify that my device has a 10 point touch screen, and that an 11th finger will not register. So at least I have that going for me, which is nice.

There's a mode to cause this (projection mode). Sounds like you might have gotten it turned on accidentally. Try hitting ctrl+alt+p to turn it off.
