Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS i686 8350.60.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.85 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8350.60.0 (Official Build) beta-channel x86-alex_he Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load tab open a website 2. New tab new website 3. New tab new website What is the expected behavior? They just load async, the loading of one tab, should not affect the other What went wrong? Whilst the tab is loading, the other tabs get slow to open, then even slower to load the content. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.85 Channel: stable OS Version: 8350.60.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 The performance of ChromeOS is currently coming on leaps and bounds, this has always affected my low end Chromebook but I thought it might be worth looking at, as it affects my main desktop PC at times. I did a trace, with everything enabled, but it is 15mb big. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxvwWozaN8ehR25MNGdMQWRVODg

Yes it happens on stable. Ignore the fact the age, the whole point of Chrome was for a fast browsing experience which I cannot achieve anymore because of forced upgrades. You are doing better and making it faster but it is not fast as when I bought it, so unless you are going to upgrade the hardware, you need to work with people like me to optimize certain aspects of the browser so it benefits everyone and not leave me behind. |
