Glimpse of the window is shown on mouse cursor

Chrome Version --> Version 53.0.2785.29 dev (64-bit)
CrOS --> Platform 8530.30.0 (Official Build) dev-channel auron_paine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to few tabs in a window.
2. Open a new window and open few more tabs or drag few tabs out of earlier window.
3. Close the lid for sometime.
4. Opened the lid to resume.
5. Verify by navigating to the other windows using an external mouse or trackpad

Actual:
Glimpses of the previous window is shown on the mouse cursor. Please find the attached screenshots. 

Expected:
Should be able to navigate to other windows with no UI glitches using the mouse cursor.
