What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in the device 
(2) Record via Google voice, online voice app or using `arecord` 
(3) Play audio recorded 

What is the expected output? 
Onboard microphone should work 

What do you see instead?
Onoard microphone does not work, does not record 

Always on 1 unit. 
Not reproducible on anther unit with same sku
