Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run install command:
msiexec /i " & Chr(34) & CurrentDir & "chromeremotedesktophost.msi" & Chr(34) & " /LV* " & Chr(34) & "C:\Brookdale\" & AppName & "\Logs\chromeremotedesktophost.log" & Chr(34) & " /qn /norestart"

3. 

What is the expected behavior?
App does not add to Chrome
No services start
Files show in the correct install dir
Shows in add and remove programs

What went wrong?
Offline package does not full install on system, get no errors. The MSI installer returns an error 0, which means it install correctly. The app is not usable by any user, only the files are extracted on the system.
