Unable to play Youtube videos

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play videos from youtube.com

What do you see instead?
Video does not play

No issue with minnie. Able to play videos from youtube.

What happens when trying to play the video?

Video gets stuck on the first frame. Tried playing multiple videos. 
Refreshing browser did not work.

Issue is not reproduced now after device reboot.

After device reboot, issue was not repro'd. Captured logs after reboot of device.

I could not reproduce this on 8530.30.0 or on newest canary on cyan. Since we have no logs, closing. Please reopen if this happens again.
