Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click a folder on bookmark bar
2. Click the folder again to close it

What is the expected behavior?
The bookmark folder highlights while open, and then returns to normal when you close it.

What went wrong?
The folder stays highlighted after clicking the folder to close it.  The highlight will only disappear when the folder is closed in a different way, such as clicking somewhere else on the page or clicking a bookmark in the folder.

Did this work before? Yes Before Chrome 52

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Not a huge issue, but irritating and probably just a missing func on click
