Version:  53.0.2785.30
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome -> Navigate to chrome://tracing.
2. Click on 'Record' -> Select 'Javascript and rendering' option and Now 'Stop' .
3.Now drag trace drawing container to R.H.S(Please refer Video) -> Now Observe Focus 

Expected: Focus should be seen fully  in chrome://tracing on resizing the trace drawing container
Actual: Instead Focus is not seen proper  

This is Regression Issue broken in M-53
Manual good and Bad Builds:
