mac sizes perf benchmark increases at random points

catch-all bug for invalid "sizes" regressions.
Looks like artificial regressions due to clobber rebuilds. mark@ has fixed them in https://codereview.chromium.org/2179013002

Mark, I see a bunch of different regressions on mac bots. Most of the times they happen with CLs that are clearly unrelated (e.g., https://codereview.chromium.org/2170163002)
I see your fix in https://codereview.chromium.org/2179013002, so I'll just assume those are related with clobber build and dupe against this bug.
Please shout if I am misinterpreting the situation.

https://codereview.chromium.org/2179013002 was Robert’s fix, not mine. I’ll cut you some slack because from a 5,500km distance, 2m are negligible.

His fix should have taken care of this.
